Octane Draincare Ltd - Bradford

We require a Working Foreman to undertake all aspects of ground works including setting out levels and coordinating groundwork teams enabling cost effective targets to be met.

The main duties will include:

  • Setting out and co-ordinating the works
  • Checking that materials, plant, equipment, and labour are on site to meet with contract and programme requirements
  • To monitor and produce good quality of work
  • Ensuring that safety plans and method statements are adhered to onsite by all operatives and sub-contractors
  • Ensure there is a safe system of work in the place for all sites
  • Be able to write and keep a daily diary/record sheets

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Site Supervisor experience
  • Be able to supervise a team
  • Confident in taking information from drawings
  • A good knowledge of Groundworks
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence
  • SSSTS /First Aid
  • CSCS card

Expected start date:

Immediate start.

Octane Holding Group Ltd - Bradford

Octane are a nationwide service and installation business, selling and maintaining a range of re-fuelling and oil equipment to the commercial sector including Pumps, Tanks, Fuel Management Systems, Tank Gauges and other ancillary equipment.

The primary function of this role is to provide preventative and reactive service maintenance to a range of electronic and mechanical fuel dispensing equipment and associated commercial forecourt equipment, mainly Diesel.

Working independently as part of a team you will provide the highest standards in customer excellence.

Where:

The role is based out of our depot in Bradford and some working away will be required from time to time. You will be required to be part of an out of hours call out rota.

The main duties will include:

  • Fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance on a range of mechanical and electronic commercial forecourt equipment including although not exclusively: fuel dispensing pumps; fuel management systems; tank gauges; tank probes.
  • Completion of planned preventative maintenance programs.
  • Installation & commissioning of new and refurbished sites.
  • Inventory management of van stock.
  • Verification - calibration of new and refurbished fuel dispensers
  • Completion of site surveys.
  • Confined space entry - maintenance of some equipment requires access and working in confined spaces.

Desired Attributes

  • Experience in mechanical and electrical fault finding and repairs.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised as part of a regional team
  • Able to solve problems both methodically and intuitively

The main duties will include:

All aspects of groundwork’s including concreting, excavating, digging trenches, curbing, flagging etc.

Where:

The role is based out of our depot in Bradford covering nationwide and some working away will be required.

Job Type:

When:

Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required from time to time)

Required experience:

  • Groundworker – 1 year.

Required licence or certification:

  • CSCS

Desired certification:

  • Driving Licence.
  • Excavating tickets.
  • Safety Passport.

Octane Holding Group Ltd - Bradford

The main duties will include:

Your role will primarily be installing threaded steel pipework (3\4 inch up to 4inch) and plastic welded pipework for fuel lines.

You will also be required to carry out repairs on fuel pumps including hose & nozzle replacements, filter cleaning and general servicing which training will be given on.

Working independently and as part of a team you will provide the highest standards in customer excellence.

Octane Draincare Ltd - Bradford

Due to rapid expansion we are seeking Experienced Drainage Engineers / Rig Managers.

The main duties will include:

  • The role will involve all aspects of drainage maintenance, including mapping and plotting, CCTV inspections.
  • Experienced Jet-vac operator/driver carrying out high pressure water jetting.
  • Both commercial and domestic work will be undertaken

Required licence or certification:

  • Current tickets and accreditations required.
  • Driving license required, class 2 is essential.
  • Additional training available where required.

Required experience:

Previous experience with Pearpoint camera equipment desirable but not essential

Salary:

Excellent hourly rate, dependent on experience
